Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation is displayed. Artis House reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.

2. Payments

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Square. Artis House does not store your card details.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for full details. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are non-refundable.

4. Participation & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own safety during sessions. Artis House is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property occurring on the premises, except where caused by our negligence. Please inform us of any medical conditions or accessibility requirements prior to your session.

5. Photography

Artis House may photograph sessions for use on our website and social media. Please let us know before your session if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and materials provided by Artis House are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or sold without written permission.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected at booking (name, email, phone) is used solely to manage your reservation and send booking-related communications. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to process your payment (Square).

8. Changes to These Terms

Artis House reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
