Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session at no charge provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to availability and may not be accommodated.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable.

No-shows

Failure to attend your session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance and no refund will be issued.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please reach out to us at hello@artishouse.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you.
