How you redeem
Every 200 points is worth $10 off. You can redeem in multiples — stack more points for a bigger discount.

Enter your email
Use the same email address you've booked with before. Your points balance will appear automatically.
Choose your discount
If you have 200 or more points, you'll see your available redemption tiers. Select how many points to apply — each 200 pts takes $10 off your total.

The discount is applied instantly at checkout. No promo code needed — just your email.

Common questions
Do my points expire?
No — your Artis Points never expire. They stay in your account until you choose to use them.
Can I use points on any experience?
Yes. Points can be applied to any session or event booking at Artis House.
What if I have fewer than 200 points?
Points accumulate across all your bookings. Once you reach 200 points you'll be able to redeem. Keep booking and you'll get there!
Can I share my points with someone else?
Points are tied to your email address and cannot be transferred to another account.
What happens to my points if I cancel a booking?
Points earned on a booking that is later cancelled or refunded are reversed from your balance.
I booked but my points haven't appeared — what do I do?
Points are added after your booking is confirmed. If you've just booked, check back in a few minutes. If they still haven't appeared, email us at hello@artishouse.ca.
