How much does a private event cost?
Pricing depends on your group size, the experience(s) you choose, and any catering or add-ons. Most groups land between $45–$95 per guest. Use the estimator above for a ballpark, then enquire for a tailored quote.
How many guests can you host?
We comfortably host groups from 10 up to 40+ with a full studio buyout. Have a bigger group? Let us know and we’ll make it work.
How long is a typical event?
Most events run 2–3 hours, including a welcome, the hands-on experience, and time to relax. We’ll confirm the timeline based on your experience and group size.
Can we bring our own food, cake, or drinks?
Absolutely — you’re welcome to bring a cake and your own beverages, or add one of our catering packages. Just let us know your plans so we can set up the space.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekends book up fastest — we recommend reaching out 3–6 weeks ahead. Last-minute? Still ask; we’ll check availability right away.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit secures your date, with the balance due closer to the event. We’ll lay out the exact amounts and dates in your quote — no payment is needed just to enquire.
Is the studio accessible? Is there parking?
The studio is on the ground floor with street and nearby lot parking. Let us know any accessibility needs and we’ll accommodate them.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available across our catering. Tell us about allergies or restrictions and we’ll plan around them.
